Hello, and thank you for being here.

I’m Anita Adams—Founder of Joyful Journey, spiritual entrepreneur, award-winning leader, and coach.

Since 2020, I’ve been committed to both my own growth and to guiding others toward greater purpose, well-being, and joy—by helping them reconnect with their inner wisdom and the healing power of nature. I walk this path alongside those I serve, while offering guidance grounded in experience and heart.

This journey didn’t begin from a place of clarity, though. It began with a sense of being stuck.

For 18 years, I led a national nonprofit arts organization. What started as a passion project eventually became a high-pressure administrative role that drained the joy I once felt. I stayed far longer than my heart wanted to, tied to an identity I had outgrown.

My Story

Today, I guide others to connect with nature to help them also connect with the divine within.

I created The Wisdom Way Method to support clients in slowing down, tuning in, and stepping into who they were born to be. Whether through retreats, coaching, or speaking, my mission is to help you lead a life that feels inspired, aligned, and deeply joyful.

I’m also the host of the Joyful Journey Podcast and author of the bestselling book Whispers of the Soul.

Then the pandemic hit. Like for many, it stirred up deep uncertainty—but it also cracked something open in me. I turned inward and began asking:

Who am I now?
What do I truly want?
And why does it matter?

I found my answers on long walks in nature. There, I felt a deep connection to something greater—God, Spirit, the divine within. In those quiet moments, I began to truly listen. That soul voice guided me onto a new path—one of alignment, peace, and purpose.

When I’m not guiding others in nature or on their inner journeys, you’ll likely find me out walking in the forest or off on an adventure—cycling, hiking, or kayaking with my husband and best friend, Tom.
