NATURE’S WISDOM
A Retreat in Costa Rica
April 3 - 10, 2027
A week to slow down, listen within,
reconnect with nature, and remember what really matters.
Next Information Session:
Tuesday, November 10th at 4:00 PM Pacific Time
Come with me to Costa Rica. Let's step away from the noise for a little while. Let's give ourselves permission to slow down, to play, to wonder, to connect with nature, to listen—and to remember who we are and what matters most.
And let's do it together, in the company of like-minded women who are curious about life, open to growth, and drawn to a deeper connection with themselves, nature, and one another.
A Glimpse Into the Magic:
What You Will Experience
Step away from your ordinary life long enough to hear yourself again. Unplug from your devices and give yourself permission to follow your curiosity. There is plenty to do, but no expectation that you do it all. This is a week to choose what calls to you—and to leave room for absolutely nothing.
Experiences include:
Morning yoga and meditation
Guided watercolour painting
A hike to the waterfall and butterfly garden
A visit to Santa Teresa Beach for sunset
Time to explore Montezuma
A boat tour to see the bioluminescence
Salsa lessons
A cacao ceremony
Or take a nap in a hammock, read a novel by the pool, or book an optional spa treatment at an additional cost.
Each evening, we’ll gather in a Wisdom Circle to pause, listen, and share what is emerging.

FAQs
-
Absolutely. You’re welcome to come on your own or with a friend. Shared activities and evening Wisdom Circles offer opportunities to get to know the other women, while leaving space for quiet time to yourself.
-
No experience is needed for either. You’re welcome to explore something new or enjoy a familiar practice. Come with curiosity, and remember there’s no expectation to participate in every activity.
-
Yoga sessions allow you to adjust the practice to your own level.
The walk to the waterfalls and beach follows a gentle, forested path downhill. Keep in mind that downhill walking can still be challenging for knees and balance. You can take a taxi back up to the retreat centre rather than walk uphill. The taxi costs extra and is paid directly to the driver.
All activities are optional. If you have mobility concerns, please contact me before booking so we can discuss whether the retreat is a good fit for you.
-
No. There is plenty to explore, but no expectation that you do it all. Join the activities that interest you and leave room for rest, quiet time, or following your own curiosity. This is your week to choose what you need.
