“Walking the Camino was a journey through landscape and soul. Over six days and 75 miles, I hiked alongside women I didn’t know, yet we became sisters, bonded by shared struggle, laughter, and quiet support. The camaraderie and the way we supported one another was incredibly moving.

There were so many aspects of the Camino that made this journey truly special. Each day brought a new landscape, with changing flora and fauna that allowed us to experience the countryside in a way most travelers never do.  

The trail offered beauty and challenge in equal measure: rolling hills, quiet villages, sacred moments. I’ll never forget arriving in Conques and receiving the pilgrims’ blessing at the Abbey after our final day of walking. Something in me shifted—like I had set down more than just my pack.

The Camino challenged me—physically, emotionally, and mentally—but through it all, I felt immense joy and a deep sense of pride in completing it. It stripped away distractions and reminded me of what matters.
