The Wisdom Way Program is a four-week group course designed to gently introduce you to the foundational practices of The Wisdom Way method. In a supportive and soulful group setting, you’ll begin developing deep inner listening skills, gain clarity around what matters most, and explore how to move through fear and limiting beliefs.
This is a chance to reconnect with your authentic self and discover the quiet, steady wisdom that already lives within you—all while being inspired by the insights and experiences of others walking a similar path.
The Wisdom Way:
All of my offerings are grounded in The Wisdom Way—a soul-centred approach to personal growth and spiritual awakening. This method is built on the belief that each of us holds a deep well of inner wisdom. When we slow down and tune in, we reconnect with the light, love, and joy that already live within us.
Time in nature is an integral part of this journey. The natural world quiets the noise of modern life and creates space for deeper listening. It gently guides you back to yourself, reminding you of your connection to something greater.
Even in my online coaching sessions, nature is never far away.
I weave nature-infused practices into each experience—through guided visualizations, reflective journaling, and mindfulness exercises that bring the calming, expansive energy of the natural world into your space. You don’t need to be standing in a forest to feel grounded, spacious, and connected.

The next Wisdom Way group program begins on Saturday, November 1st and runs for four consecutive Saturdays:

Each session will build upon the last, creating a supportive and cohesive group experience.

This is an online program. We meet on Zoom every Saturday at 8:00 AM Pacific Time for 90 minutes. You can join from the comfort of your own space—no travel required, just a quiet place, a notebook, and an open heart.

The cost for the full 4-week program is $197 CAD. This includes four 90-minute live group sessions, guided practices, journaling prompts, and supportive resources to help you deepen your connection with your inner wisdom.

I accept e-transfers, PayPal, and all major credit cards.

To keep the experience intimate and supportive, I limit the group to 8–12 participants. This allows everyone to feel seen, heard, and connected while still benefiting from the shared wisdom of the group.

Yes, all sessions are recorded and will be made available to participants for a limited time. That said, I encourage you to attend live whenever possible—this is where the richest connection and insight happens.

Each 90-minute session will include a grounding practice, a teaching segment introducing key elements of The Wisdom Way, reflective journaling, group sharing or discussion, and a gentle invitation to take soul-aligned action between sessions.

No special materials are required. Just bring a journal or notebook, a pen, and a quiet space where you can be fully present. A cup of tea or a cozy blanket is optional :)

That’s completely alright. You’re always invited to share, but never required. Many participants find value simply in listening and reflecting. This is a safe and respectful space where you can participate at your own pace and comfort level.
