These private coaching sessions are immersive, heart-centred experiences designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self, clarify your path, and move beyond what’s holding you back. Whether it’s a half-day, single day or a multi-day journey, we’ll walk together at a pace that allows for deep listening—both to the natural world and to the wisdom within you.

Along the way, we’ll pause in beautiful, quiet places to reflect, journal, and meditate—letting nature mirror what’s ready to be seen and released. The path unfolds organically, guided by your needs, intentions, and the gentle rhythm of the trail.

  • You have options! You're welcome to come to me and experience the beautiful natural surroundings I’ve chosen for these sessions—either in Sun Peaks, nestled in the mountains of south-central British Columbia, or on Bowen Island, a serene forested island just a short ferry ride from Vancouver.

    Prefer I come to you? I’m happy to travel to a location near you. Travel costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, so there are no surprises.

  • I’m open to traveling far and wide for these sessions—as long as travel costs are covered. If you're dreaming of a coaching day or days in a special place, let’s talk and explore the possibilities together.

  • Costs vary based on session length and location. I offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day coaching experiences tailored to your needs.

    • Half-day session3 hours (at my location): $300

    • Full-day session6 hours (at my location): $500 — offers more time for deeper exploration, extended reflection, and gentle integration, including lunch and refreshments

    If you’d like me to travel to you, travel costs will be added and discussed upfront.

  • Each session is customized, but generally includes a combination of walking coaching, reflective journaling, grounding practices, and quiet moments for meditation or visualization. We’ll move at a gentle pace, allowing time for deep conversation, soulful inquiry, and space to simply be. The day unfolds intuitively, based on your needs and intentions.

  • Not at all. These sessions are designed to be accessible and nourishing, not physically demanding. We’ll walk at a relaxed pace, with plenty of opportunities to pause, sit, reflect, and enjoy the surroundings. If you have mobility concerns or specific needs, just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

  • Dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and wear supportive footwear suitable for walking on natural trails. I also recommend bringing a journal, a water bottle, and anything else that helps you feel grounded—like a favourite scarf or small talisman. I’ll provide light refreshments and anything else we might need for the day.

  • Nature is wonderfully unpredictable, and we do our best to work with it. If conditions are unsafe or extremely uncomfortable, we’ll reschedule or adapt the session to a more sheltered location. If light rain or cool weather is in the forecast, I’ll guide you on how to prepare so the experience remains enjoyable.

  • Absolutely. While you may want to start with a single Soul Walk Session, you may also choose to continue the journey with follow-up coaching—either in-person or online. I offer customizable packages that combine nature-based sessions with online coaching for ongoing support and transformation.
